<image:caption>Dave began his career in music retail as “a hobby I got paid for” while developing and honing his skills through several field leadership and HQ operational positions. After dedicating 20 years in the industry, it went the way of the Titanic, along with 8-track and Laserdisk. While it was hard to imagine finding a next chapter that he would be so passionate about he did in the world of pets. It was an unexpected gift to discover the veterinary industry and be amongst so many pets every day. He then spent 12 rewarding years at Banfield as the Head of Asset Protection & Risk Management. He has four rescue cats and enjoys live sporting events, exploring new restaurants, and streaming music and movies.</image:caption>

<image:caption>Jenny was born and raised in Portland, OR with a strong female figure of a mother who engrained in her the importance of learning through lived experiences and of understanding your environment and the diverse people around you. One of Jenny's most life defining learning adventures was spending months in Mexico living with and supporting indigenous communities. Her many adventures, combined with an intense passion for growing her skills through professional development has informed who she is today. Jenny most recently worked with Banfield Pet Hospital for 15 years, starting in the call center and working her way to heading up the field operations team for Asset Protection and Risk Management. In her Risk Management leadership roles –Jenny served over 1100 locations to provide support and guidance in all things operations related. While spending time coaching and training in over 500 locations throughout the country, her experiences provided a depth of knowledge in the reality hospital teams face and the best ways to help support those teams. Jenny is a huge foodie and loves exploring new restaurants with her partner, James. When they're not looking for the next spot to eat – she's spoiling her two orange Tabby cats and not trying very hard to convince them that they don't run the house.</image:caption>
